1. Scope of activity and contractual relationship

The legs of both pilot and passenger serve as the landing gear, which may lead to injuries in the event of a hard landing or aborted takeoff.

Sudden and unpredictable wind changes may occur.

4. Insurance and liability

The pilot holds mandatory aviation liability insurance covering CHF 5,000,000.

FlyValais includes accident insurance for the passenger, valid in Switzerland, covering up to CHF 100,000 for medical expenses.

Liability for FlyValais and the pilot is limited to the insured amounts stated above.
